The admission of a student to ACC/P constitutes a silent contract between the college and the student. Hence, the student will agree on all rules and regulations of the college. To that extent, a certain amount of discipline is required, and consequently, every student behaves in such a way that he deserves respect from all the members of the academic community.
Rules and Regulations
A. A student must observe the laws of the land and all laws and rules of the college.
B. He shall be subject to disciplinary action for any of the following offenses with corresponding penalties.

September 29, 2007 Socialization Guidelines

September 29, 2007 Socialization Guidelines:
CONDORA, DAMORTIS, ROSARIO, LA UNION
1. No students are allowed to attend the Socialization Program:
a. Under the influenced and/or possessing the following but not limited to:
a.1. liquor
a.2. prohibited drugs
a.3. deadly weapons, ie. guns, knife, etc.
b. Without the valid waiver signed by the parents/guardians on or before September 29, 2007.
2. All students are required to observe the following:
a. all key rooms are to be surrendered and retrieved to/from Ms. Luisa Pacis
b. not allowed to leave the function hall during the program without valid reason/s.
c. avoid gallivanting and/or loitering within the area.
d. attendance must be checked upon entrance and must be done every after an hour 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00 and at bedtime by the teams’ coach/manager.
e. observe cleanliness and orderliness inside the Condora’s premises.
f. certain area is designated to each team, please comply.
g. cottages shall be occupied by the students assigned to.
h. expect inspection upon entry, during the program and/or when the need arises.
i. the gate loses at 8:30 PM, September 29, 2007.
j. no one is allowed to leave the venue before 6:00 AM of September 30, 2007. Departure time is from 6:00 AM-6:30 AM, September 30, 2007.
k. no one is allowed to bring friends, relatives, acquaintances. strictly for ACC/P students and staff only.
l. attend the program in your casual or semi-formal attire: undershirts, shorts, slippers are not allowed during the program.
m. no smoking.
3. All students are responsible of their valuables such as:
a. cellphones, mp3, mp4 and the like
b. jewelries and other blink-blinks
c. money, etc.
4. Payments:
a. all students are required to pay Php 200 on or before September 28, 2007, whether to attend or not. Unspent amount will proceed to the Student Supreme Council projects. Please pay Php 200.00 to Ms. Venus Parrocha, SSC treasurer.
5. Implementers/Enforcers:
a. Mr. Bonifacio Carrera – head of security
b. Ms. Luisa Pacis – overall chairman
